NEW YORK, NY — Signal Proxy Intelligence, the independent proxy research division of Signal Law Group, today published its recommendations for the Aug. 24, 2026 annual meeting of Sphere 3D Corp. (NASDAQ:ANY). SPI issued a recommendation on each of the three items on the ballot, published 3 days after the company’s definitive proxy statement was accepted on EDGAR.
