Gigapower announced today that Jonathan Mullen will serve on the company’s leadership team as Chief Administrative Officer. In this capacity, Mullen will oversee Gigapower’s administrative functions and General Counsel duties, including leading corporate governance, legal affairs, contract negotiations, compliance, and risk management, in addition to serving as a senior member of the executive leadership team.
“Jonathan has a strong ability to bring clarity to complex issues,” said Francisco Maella, Gigapower CEO. “As Gigapower scales, we need a leader who can support the company’s growth while also serving as a strategic partner in the boardroom. Jonathan has done exactly that across an impressive career, and we are glad to welcome him to our team.”
Mullen joins Gigapower with more than 20 years of combined legal and corporate leadership experience. Most recently as Senior Director of Corporate Development for Cable One, Inc., Mullen helped guide the company’s long-term acquisition strategy, partnering with the C-suite on complex negotiations, and the development of the organization. Throughout his time with Cable One and Hargray Communications prior to Cable One, his responsibilities also included managing M&A and various administrative departments. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade in private legal practice, advising clients on real estate development and transactions, commercial financing, business formation, and municipal matters.
“I am excited to join Gigapower at such a key moment in its growth,” said Mullen. “The chance to lead both the legal and administrative teams is exactly the kind of challenge I have spent my career preparing for. I look forward to working with Gigapower to help the company achieve long-term success.”
