Bloomy Earth Plants a Free Tree for Every New Member to Mark World Environment Day 2026

Champs-sur-Marne, Seine-et-Marne Jun 1, 2026 (Issuewire.com) It usually costs at least one euro to plant a tree on Bloomy Earth. For World Environment Day 2026, it costs nothing. The online tree-planting platform, operated by Bloomy Earth SAS, has launched a free tree initiative: a real, verified tree planted in the name of every person who creates a free account, with no payment, no subscription, no commitment. The campaign supports the United Nations’ official 2026 theme, “Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future.”, and its #NowForClimate call to action.

The flow is short. An account, an email verification, a tree planted through one of Bloomy Earth’s vetted reforestation projects, the whole journey under a minute. A shareable certificate is generated automatically, with the project name, GPS coordinates, and planting date. The full free tree initiative is available worldwide.

The trees can be planted across any of six reforestation projects on four continents. In Africa, the Lake Victoria Agroforestry Project in Kenya and the Regenerative Farming and Forest Program in Tanzania. In Europe, Restoring Climate-Resilient Forests in France. In Asia, Landscape Restoration in Nepal’s Sunkoshi Basin and the Restoring the Forests of the Philippines initiative. In North America, the Restoring the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary in Mexico. Every project is hand-selected, audited, and monitored by Bloomy Earth, with local partners running nurseries, planting, and caring for the trees over time. Free Bloomy Earth members also get a public “My Impact” page that tracks their trees planted, estimated carbon contribution, and reforested area as their participation grows. Members can gift trees too, from around 1 per tree, useful for a birthday, a wedding favour, or a customer thank-you.

For businesses, Bloomy Earth plugs into the tools they already use. Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, Make.com, and n8n allow a tree to be planted automatically when a customer places an order, signs up, hits a milestone, or celebrates a birthday.
